Come and join the game. The players are very newbie friendly. Show them what you are made of! Level up, get the best gear and hunt mobs down, do custom made quests and join a clan when you are ready and experienced enough for it. Not all clans accept playerkilling and have certain rules to live by. Be sure to read up on their clan policies. So download a client fill in the server details (astrohost.game-server.cc port 2447) and you can get busy! The game itself is totally free ofcourse. If you want to take a look on Astromud and you are using Windows XP click this link to start up a telnet session. But please note playing via a telnet session is certainly not ideal and sometimes downright frustrating as the text flies over the screen. With clients like Wintin or Zmud you have all kinds of filters so you can read stuff back easily and sort out what kind of notifications you want to be shown. Don't be afraid, along the way you will learn, grow stronger...level up...get more classes and swing your shining blade in the fading sunlight of ASTROMUD!
